openwork cast grapevine sides, the centres later engraved with the royal coat-of-arms, wood bases

Condition

A handsome pair of coasters with good definition to vine leaf sides, overall gilding rather pale or rubbed. Full set of marks to the bases are a little worn (especially the date letter on one); other marks on base plates are good. The engraved coats-of-arms are not contemporary.
