Description

  • mahogany, amaranth and fruitwood gilt-bronze
  • 82cm high, 49cm wide, 33cm deep; 2ft 8¼, 1ft 7¼, 1ft 1in
with a three-quarter galleried brèche d'Alep marble top above two doors enclosing a marble shelf, with a drawer in the side on square tapering legs joined by a galleried shelf on gilt-bronze block and bun feet, the whole quarter-veneered within strapwork reserves and beading;some mounts later 

Condition

The marble top is broken in several places and would need to be restored. Old minor marks and scratches. There has been a minor internal alteration to the lockplate on the left door. The gilt-bronzes are slightly dirty and would benefit from a light clean. In otherwise good condition.
