of rectangular form, with a divided plate, the upper section with a scene depicting cherubs warming themselves by a fire in a landscape within a cartouche, the frame carved with scrolls, rocaille and foliage;painting refreshed; formerly part of a boiserie
Condition
Some minor restorations and losses to carving which are hardly noticeable and some chips and flaking to painting on the carved sections. Some hairline construction cracks consistent with age and use. On the moulded border the gilding has been refreshed. In otherwise good condition.
