- 225cm. high, 105cm. wide, 50cm. deep; 7ft. 5in. high., 3ft. 6in. wide., 1ft. 8in. deep:
the upper section with an arched cresting above a pair of doors to reveal a red and gilt chinoiserie lacquered interior with various pigeon holes a pair of cupboard doors and four serpentine drawers, the lower section with a fall-front opening to reveal a chinoiserie red and gilt interior with a sliding top, two serpentine drawers and pigeon holes above three serpentine long drawers, the sides similary decorated to the front, the back with an ink inscribed label; decoration refreshed
Condition
Good overall condition. The varnish has turned yellow, probably originally whiter but can easily be cleaned off. Soem very minor retouching in places. Scattered cracks to both lower sides. Very minor chips to the paint in places.
