- approximately 83cm. high 74cm. wide; 2ft. 8¾in., 2ft. 5in.; Textile visible: 60cm. high, 50cm. wide; 1ft. 11in., 1ft. 7in.
the rectangular panel, finely worked in polychrome wools, in `petit point', with a hillocky lower edge supporting a blue and white vase of exuberant flowers, on a burnt umber coloured ground, mounted within a later frame
Condition
Needlework panel vibrant and balanced colour and composition. Overall in very good original condition. Minor losses of thread revealing foundation, for example within the flowers. This does not detract from the overall decorative appearance.
