Provenance

Probably Prince Pyotor Ivanovich Tiufiakin (1769-1845), Hereditary Commander and created Master of the Court in 1816 and Director General of the Theatres, subsequently emigrated and lived in Paris.  The line became extinct on his death.

Condition

Originally probably with marble base. Extensive rubbing to gilding. Appears to have later clear varnish. In otherwise good condition.
