each with a pencilled or inked inscription on the back including Henry 7th; Francis II / First husband of Mary of Scots; Sir F. Drake; Sir Walter Raleigh; D... Earl of Essex; Countess of Leicester; Countess of Sunderland.

Condition

Good Condition. The portraits finely painted and do not appear to have any visable restorations. Please note they have not been examined with a UV light. There are slight differences to the carving and construction of the frames with some small chips to extremities. Sir Walter Raleigh's frame with some small white paint to top left corner.
