the Buddhist lion, seated on its back haunches, holding a protective paw on the young cub reaching up for the ribbon playfully dangling from its mother's mouth, all resting atop a tall rectangular plinth.

Condition
The tip of one ear with visible repair, the stand has several fine hairline cracks running through the sides and top. There is a 2 in. restored chip to bottom edge of base and chip to one corner. There is some typical loss to the areas cold painted in red enamel.
