Condition
One leg with approximately 7 1/2 inches by 3 inch break which does not go through the leg, but is on the knee - where the piece was off and later glued and nailed back - the original grain continues from leg through repaired section; old finish with craquelure; top is slightly more clean than base, with some sun bleaching to one end of top; several areas to top showing screw-holes to cleats beneath now infilled; normal wear to top; 1 inch by 1/4 inch surface patch to molded edge; appears to retain original brass spring catch; appears to retain original circular removable bird-cage support; small bird cage peg replaced.
