Condition

Appears to retain its original birdcage ring; re-finished; several cracks to base of standard at juncture with two legs; small patch to upper section to one leg at juncture with standard; may possibly retain its original brass spring catch (top not examined under the lock); table constructed with a cherry wood birdcage and cleats; large square patch to top approximately 2 1/2 inches by 2 1/4 inch to edge; chips to top of doughnut ring; retains peg, which is possibly of the period.
