"The Rhode Island Eagle", obv. eagle head with distinctive crest and rough on back of neck, red enamelled eye within green enamelled leaves, chased wings and five white enamelled tail feathers below crossed branches, the medallion showing Cincinnatus receiving a sward from two senators, with wife, two children and house in background all within an inscription OMNIA. RELIQIT. SERVARE. REMPUBLICAM; rev. two layers of white enamelled tail feathers, the medallion showing Cincinnatus standing with a plow and sword, a ship and buildings behind, all below a figure of Fame, all within the inscription SOCIETAS.
