the slightly tapered cylindrical body with molded base band, flat-domed cover with shaped and engraved lip, later engraved on top with script monogram EML flanked by sprays of flowers, corkscrew thumbpiece, loop handle applied with tapering rattail and with plain oval terminal

front of body with alrge rectangular patch, one side of rim on cover needs straightening, as noted re later engraving, engraving rubbed on lower handle terminal
