of tapered square form raised on four angular scroll feet, one side applied at angle with Japanese gold, copper and patinated copper fans decorated with white silver flying birds, ivy and spiderwebs and with suspended Japanese gold tassels, another side applied with six lozenges spaced by flowerheads, the lozenges cormed of mokume, copper, patinated copper and Japanese gold decorated with various geometric patterns, another side applied with an elongated gilt flag with bands of copper decoration and terminating to copper tassels
