This service was acquired by Lucile Kilby Wayt (1876-1956), probably at the time of her wedding in 1900 to Hampton H. Wayt. He was twice mayor of Staunton, Virginia, in the early 1900s, and later Clerk of the Supreme Court of Appeals of Virginia.
