Condition

Overall in very good original condition. As seen in the catalogue illustration, the leather portion of the chairs have acquired a beautiful patina with age. The leather seats are stable and firm, with a few minor surface scratches and abrasions, none of which break the surface of the leather. The backrest of this chair is not a cushion, but rather comprised of a suspended leather panel. The reverse of the back panel is the unfinished leather. The top edge of the leather panel of the backrest is slightly folded over, which creates a slightly irregular line across the top, also visible in the catalogue illustration. The seat with a few minor areas of circular discoloration, likely caused by water and are minor in appearance. The wrought iron frame of the chair with a few light surface scratches consistent with age and use.
