oval, the deep bowl with shaped open work rocaille rim, the sides chased and engraved with floral swags and scrolls against a matted ground, both sides centered by vacant scroll cartouches flanked by applied winged maidens, lobed lower body, loop handles formed as winged dragons, raised on a square base chased to match and with four anthemion feet, gilt interior
