the oval mirror glass within a fluted and ribbon molded frame flanked by winged sphinx surmounted by an urn-form cresting flanked by rams heads and with a honeysuckle finial above scrolling acanthus, the apron centered by a honeysuckle flower beneath a palmett and flanked by scrolling acanthus and joined by husk swags.

Condition

Overall fair condition; with restoration to foliate carving of cresting and apron; repaired breaks to wings to sphinx on right; some minor chips and losses to extremities; small replacement to a leaf tip in the apron and with some gold-painted inpainting in places over repaired restorations.
