• gilt full plate verge movement, pierced and engraved balance bridge • gilt cuvette • white enamel outer chapter ring, Breguet numerals, the centre with theatre scene showing two cherubs striking bells, aperture to the top revealing a commedia dell'arte figure of Punchinello fighting Chronos when pressing the repeating mechanism on the bow • engine-turned case back and band • case numbered

Condition

The movement is running but the automaton mechanism does not strikes the correct time at the time of cataloguing, however it would benefit from a service soon. There are some very fine hairline cracks to the dial. The engine-turning to the case has light scuffs and indentation. Case stamped R.T. 8402
