Of geometric design set with cabochon and calibré-cut sapphires and synthetic sapphires, highlighted with circular- and single-cut diamonds, length approximately 175mm, French and Austrian assay marks.

French and Austrian assay marks for 18 carat gold. Cabochon sapphires with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, abrasions, surface reaching fissures. Some calibré-cut sapphires may be synthetic, stones medium blue of varying saturations, several with abraded facet junctions, some with surface reaching inclusions, one stone cracked. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.50 - 5.50 carats, estimated colour H-J, estimated clarity SI- I. Central diamond element of jewel possibly later replaced. Safety catches to either side of clasp. Well articulated. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear.
