GEM-SET AND DIAMOND NECKLACE AND EARRINGS

Comprising: a necklace designed as lines of alternating aventurine quartz, tourmaline, citrine and onyx polished and faceted beads, suspending a tassel similarly set from a surmount decorated with green guilloché enamel, highlighted with rose diamonds and freshwater pearls, length approximately 810mm, a few freshwater pearls deficient; together with a pair of earrings each designed as three graduated stylised flowers, the petals set with cabochon rubies, and the centre highlighted with rose diamonds, post and clip fittings.

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Necklace: Adventurine quartz light green, mica plates visible to naked eye and under magnification. Tourmaline medium light pink, well matched in colour. Citrine light to medium yellow. Onyx in good condition. Pearls white, medium lustre, a few deficient. Enamel in good condition. In good condition. Earrings: Rubies medium dark purplish red, typical inclusions, crystals and silk visible to naked eye, cracked and chipped to surface. Diamonds bright and lively. Tarnished, scratches to mount consistent with wear. In good condition.
