- micromosaic and gold
Each designed as a series of square links set with eau de nil and silver coloured tesserae with letters spelling AMOR/ ROMA, within rope work borders, to foxtail chain connections, lengths approximately 190mm, each signed with interlaced C's, can be joined together and worn as a necklace.

Catalogue Note
Castellani produced several jewels such as these for his shop in Rome for his clientele to have as a souvenir. The device of using individual micromosaic plaques spelling words either separated, or joined and legible in both directions was popular.
