Description

  • onyx, enamel, diamond and gold
The cylindrical case applied with Pekin mille raies white enamel and black enamel floral frieze, the central circular monogram and thumb pieces highlighted with rose diamonds, opening to reveal a cigarette case, the onyx terminals opening to reveal a mirrored powder compartment and lipstick,  measuring approximately 115mm x 43mm x 28mm, signed Cartier, Paris, Londres, New York, and numbered, French assay and maker's marks; together with a later heart shaped stick pin, set with single-cut diamonds, unsigned.

Condition

Signed Cartier Paris, London, New York. Indistinct numbers. Stamped with French gold marks. Weighing approximately 203.0 grams. Enamel with some small losses, one section to the front cracked and is temporarily secured with tape. Diamonds bright and lively. Light scratches consistent with wear and age. In good condition.
