Dial with traces of dirt and discolouration, glass scratches with chip to one side. Sapphires dark blue with abrasions to surface. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 - 4.50 carats, stones bright and lively. Safety catch to clasp secure. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
