Designed as a stylised bird's nest, set at the centre with a cabochon ruby, highlighted with single-cut diamonds, pendant loop, maker's marks, British hallmarks for London, 1964.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US, this piece may contain a ruby of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Stamped 18 for 18 carat gold. British hallmarks for London, 1964. Ruby semi-translucent, medium purplish red, displaying slight chatoyancy, typical inclusions visible to naked eye with surface reaching fractures. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.70 - 0.80 carats, stones bright and lively. Sliding barrel clasp secure. Scratches to mount consistent with wear. In very good condition.
