the simulated rosewood feet possibly slightly later
Provenance
Previously sold Sotheby`s London, Important English Furniture and Reference Works, 14th June 1985, Lot 222 then designated `The Property of Mr and Mrs Errol Bedford' and with a previous provenance of Sir Gawaine G.H. Baillie, Polkemmet House, West Lothian.
Condition
This is in overall very good condition. The marble has old scratches and marks consistent with age and use. Minor losses to veneers and with some minor age cracks around the plinth.
