Condition
This table represents very good value. It is very well made and the three modern extra leaves are very well made. The surface has typical old marks and scratches including a mark from a vase or vessel to the centre of the top. The mechanism for extending it is good. It is solid. There are old scuffs and marks to the legs and some chips to carved detail, which are to be expected from age and use as a dining table. We feel that this table dates from the very end of the 19th century and maybe even the early 20th century. After some attention it will be ready to use and make a practical dining table.
