Condition
Pile ranges from near original 1/6th of an inch of highly lustrous wool with areas of foldwear and oxidation, particularly dark browns low to knotheads. Small scattered moth cracks, also low to knotheads. Sides reselvaged and partially rewoven outer guard stripes. Lower end with rewoven end guard stripes. Upper end with partially rewoven guard border. Smaller scattered repiled areas in field. Very supple handle, sound fabric, lustrous wool and good variety of saturated colors.
