Condition

Pile ranges from near original 1/5th of an inch in borders with most of the field low to knotheads, with scattered repiling in foldwear areas. Quite well executed and only visible when looking at the dark side of the carpet. A few small pinholes attendant to repiled areas. A 12" diameter plant pot stain in upper border. Missing open end 1/2 inch guard stripes. Ends now secured with binding stitch. Selvages intact. Flexible handle, lustrous wool, sound fabric and in good condition.
