Pile generally good, near original 1/8 inch with small scattered areas of repiling---probably due to old moth damage. 12 x 12 inch reweave in lower right corner, well executed so barely visible on face of carpet.
Sides intact with some later overcasting. Ends secured with blanket stitch.
Flexible handle, lustrous wool, good overall condition.
