Pile ranges from good near original 1/8 inch with dark browns oxidized to knotheads and one 5 inch area of horizontal foldwear low to foundation along left side.
Sides generally intact with some later overcasting, thus secured.
Ends with small losses to outer guard stripes, now secured with binding stitch.
Good dense weave, supple handle, sound fabric, lustrous wool and good overall condition.
