with 12-inch dial, date aperture, secondary dial, signature dial, urn and foliate spandrels; two-train movement with anchor escapement, four-pillars, striking on the hour; the shaped hood with later gilt finials above an arched door with fret-carved spandrels and quarter columns, the case with arched door and raised on bracket feet.  Works and case associated, decoration to case refreshed, alterations.

Works and case associate; japanned decoration to case refreshed; alterations to bottom of case; finials later; plinths to finials probably later; restorations to dome; upper section of domed hood probably later; overall with some small chips and losses to decoration.
