Description

  • porcelain
the gently tapering sides rising from a short foot to a long waisted neck and galleried rim, flanked by a pair of angular scroll handles, the angled shoulders applied with six large bosses, moulded to the exterior with raised square and rectangular sections, covered overall with a pale celadon glaze, the base encircled with a band of lappets in overglaze blue and white enamels

Condition

The vase is in good condition with the exception of flaked losses to the overglaze enamel and glaze firing imperfections such as burst glaze bubbles and short firing cracks to the base.
