finely carved, the plump bird standing perched on pierced rocks, wings folded around the body with well-defined feathers, looking forward to a flattened pear-shaped vase wrapped with a leafy stalk of millet tied with a patterned cloth, the stone of pale apple-green tone mottled with emerald inclusions, fitted stand

Condition

The piece is in excellent condition. The stone is of a more brilliant tone compared to the catalogue illustration.
