carved to the front face with lofty pine trees issuing from rocks, a stone bridge to a retreat, the reverse similarly carved with a pine tree in front of a rocky mountain, the pale celadon stone speckled with cream and russet skin, wood stand

Condition

The mountain has three areas of loss to pine needle bushes on the left of the front face with one of them polished and retouched. The stone is of a warmer tone than the catalogue illustration.
