Description
- porcelain
of amphora shape with rounded shoulders rising from a recessed base to a slender waisted neck and flared rim, covered overall with a peachbloom glaze, inscribed to the base with a six-character Kangxi mark, the tall tapering foot left unglazed, with wood stand

Christie's Melbourne, 20th November 2000, lot 143.
Condition
The vase is in excellent condition with the exception of a minor glaze firing imperfections, including a raised area (1 x 1mm.) to the neck, a burst glaze bubble on the neck, a 1.5 x 0.2cm., glaze pool at the bottom edge of the glaze which has been polished and minor glaze scratches.
