of rectangular form, finely and intricately painted in famille rose enamels to depict a group of seven young boys, each wearing brightly enamelled brocaded clothing, together with an elderly gentleman wearing a richly-adorned five-clawed dragon robe, all playing within an enclosed garden, the boys bearing various items, including a bow and arrow, wicker-encased bowl, bamboo instrument, sheng, and a vase, all set against a background of two gnarled over-hanging wutong trees and peonies blossoming from behind ornamental rockwork, with further chrysanthemum, peony blossoms and rockwork in the foreground, all enclosed within a hardwood frame and stand

Condition

Examined within its frame: this brightly enamelled porcelain panel is in very good condition with the exception of minor glaze scratches.
