- Gilt-bronze
two-tined, the finial decorated with cut-out designs, chasing and repoussé, decorated with an apsara clasping a lotus bud and supported on long leafy stems, wood box
Condition
The head of the apsara and lotus lower broken and completely detached for the hair pin. Other posible losses to the tips of the scrolls, and further cracks visible across the finials. The shafts with extensive traces of verdigris.
