comprising: a fine white and russet jade 'quail' group, the stone deftly worked to depict the two birds side by side, both clasping long millet stems in their beaks, the stone of a pure white tone with faint russet inclusions to one side; a pale green jade 'magnolia' group; a white jade apsara pendant; four white and pale green jade belt hooks; a rectangular green jade 'landscape' panel; a green jade 'melon' belt hook; a white jade oval plaque incised with an egret; two white jade circular pendants; two jadeite circular pendants; two archaistic jade bi; and four white and pale green jade pendants, all sewn onto a textile base
Condition
The white quail group in excellent general condition, with several minute nicks to the base and stems, the stone of a pure white tone and russet markings; the magnolia group with some faint natural veining and minor stone flaws; the apsara pendant in good condition, of a pure even white tone; the belt hooks all in good general order; the landscape panel with chip to top left corner, and order small chips and nicks to sides; melon belt hook in good general condition, with faint russet and brown inclusions; the egret pendant with chips and reverse; the remaining panels and pendants all in good general condition.
