the boy depicted with a cheerful expression and a lock of hair on his forehead, dressed in loose fitting robes and carved kneeling on his knees nestling a recumbent goose beside him, the bird grasping a leafy lingzhi sprig in its beak which extends around the back of the boy's head, the stone of an even pale celadon tone

Condition

The carving is in excellent condition with the exception of a 0.2 x 0.1cm chip to the sleeve of the boy.
