Description

  • jade
finely carved, the recumbent bird with its web feet neatly tucked underneath the body and the head turned sharply over its back, clutching a leafy lotus spray in its beak, its wings each carved in low relief with an archaistic dragon with lightly incised plumes of feathers, the stone of an even white tone with milky inclusions

The jade duck is in excellent condition.
