the deity seated on a rocky base in front of an oval mandorla with legs crossed and the left foot resting on a lotus pod, dressed in long flowing robes open at the chest, the arms held aloft to support a ruyi sceptre, the face with a serene expression framed by hair set with a high-piled chignon and leaving two tresses over the shoulders, the stone of a translucent white tone flecked with milky white and russet inclusions
Condition
The guanyin is in excellent condition with the exception of traces of russet skin near the belly of the figure.
