the tapering trumpet-form vessel issuing from a dragon head, decorated in low relief with an archaistic taotie mask and stylised lingzhi shaped scrolls below a keyfret border, the handle in the form of a chilong clambering up one side of the vessel, eyeing a flaming pearl on the rim, the stone of an even greyish celadon tone

Condition

The rhyton is in excellent condition with the exception of minimal minute nicks along the mouth rim.
