  • JADE
comprising: a black and white jade bangle, incised with a honeycomb pattern band; a white jade bangle in the form of a twisted rope; a celadon and russet jade bi carved on the front face with a chilong and the reverse with C-shaped scrolls; a white jade archers ring decorated with a band of angular scrolls; and a pair of small white jade rings

Condition

The black and white jade bangle has natural veining running across with associated veins, apart from natural nicks to the stone the piece is in good condition. The twisted rope bangle is in excellent condition with the exception of short marks (circa 0.2cm each) along the inner side during the process of carving. The stone is of a slightly more celadon tone compared to the catalogue illustration. The celadon and russet bi has a natural uneven outer rim but is in excellent condition. The stone is of a brighter tone compared to the catalogue illustration. The large archer ring is in excellent condition. The pair of small rings have minute nicks but is in otherwise good condition.
