the steep sides rising from a straight foot to a flared rim, the exterior painted in bright cobalt-blue tones with a composite floral meander, the different flowers borne among feathery leaves and other foliate motifs, all above a band of linked ruyi heads around the base, the interior centred with a large lotus bloom with scrolling leafy tendrils within a double line repeated round the rim, inscribed to the base with a six-character Yongzheng mark

The rim polished, otherwise in excellent general condition, with minor surface wear.
