the body supported on a wedge-shaped foot and surmounted by a tall trumpet neck, painted overall with shaped panels enclosing fishermen and ladies at work by the riverbanks, all reserved on an ice-crackle ground with prunus florets and precious objects, the shoulder and the rim encircled by cellular diaper grounds

Condition

A large section to the flared rim most likely out and re-stuck, with associated over-painting, and spraying to interior. The restored area measuring approxiamtely 26cm along the outside of the rim, and extending a maximum of 12.5cm down the neck. Extensive paint visible around the foot rim, most likely concealing fritting and chips.
