- 42cm high
the compressed pear-shaped body rising from a flared foot to a tall cylindrical neck, painted in bright cobalt-blue tones with two writhing five-clawed dragons in pursuit of flaming pearls amidst cloud scrolls and flame wisps and another dragon leaping from foaming waves below, the rim encircled by pendent ruyi lappets and the foot skirted with a band of circular dots
Condition
The bottle vase has extensive chipping and fritting to the rim, there are minor surface scratchings and glaze firing imperfections such as iron spots, burst glaze bubbles but the vase is otherwise in good condition.
