each with gently flaring rounded sides, all supported on a short slightly splayed foot, the exterior covered in a lustrous lemon-yellow glaze, the interior and underside glazed white, apocryphal four-character underglaze-blue Qianlong marks (2)

Provenance

Butterfield and Butterfield San Francisco, 10th and 11th November 1998, lot 4336.

Condition

Both are in good condition. One has a small glaze pull midway down one side of the exterior and the other has one small black firing speck to one side of the exterior. Both are of slightly grayish color on the interior and one has burnt to a slightly orange color on the interior rim edge.
