There is a 3/8 in. area of fritting to the rim edge, which has also discolored slightly along a 2 in. section. There are two less than 1/8 in. frits one adjacent to the preceding area and one at ten o'clock. There is a brownish piece of kiln grit adhering to the edge of the lotus leaf in the center visible in the catalogue photograph.
