the circular top and bottom frames connected by four bowed legs with beaded edges, each leg set with a circular brace tied together with double-rings, the top set with a metal basin (2)

Condition
There are some chips to the beaded edges and some of the lacquer is chipped. There is some very minor repainting to the lacquer. In overall good condition.
