of flattened baluster form, one side carved in high relief with a bird perched on a fruiting peach branch, the reverse similarly carved with a branch issuing blossoming flowers, the neck flanked by a pair of ruyi-form handles suspending loose-ring handles, the cover surmounted by a phoenix grasping a sprig of lotus flower in its beak (2)

There are some chips to the edges of the carvings and the mouthrim. There are a few small minor chips to the plain sides of the vase and one polished down chip on one of the loose ring handle. There are some inclusions to the crystal throughout.
